YOU’VE GOT QUESTIONS, WE’VE GOT THE ANSWERS
-
To be honest, the real first step was acknowledging that you need a village! Now that you’ve done that, we will guide you the rest of the way. You will book a consultation here, complete the family intake form before your scheduled call and we will go from there!

We offer child care with a 4 hour minimum. And maximum of overnight. If you need a nanny for less than 4 hours, 4 hours of pay is still required. We can help you find ways to use the full 4hrs, trust us. Lol!
-
Our nannies are booked specifically for your family and their time has already been allotted for your family in their schedule. They should be compensated for however long their original care time was scheduled.
Please book care as close to the time that you need and be mindful of our 4 hour care minimum. If there needs to be some cushion in the time, please book for a longer time and make a note that the end-time may fluctuate. All hours booked will be compensated for.

Absolutely, your peace of mind is a top priority to us! Once you have your initial consultation with Jarisha, and you have a nanny that you are “paired” with you will then meet them via Google Meet where we’d encourage the whole family to be present. They will be able to share more about themselves and vice versa.

Yes! We have nannies that have cared for newborns as young as 2 days old up to teenagers. Our team has a wide variety of experience with children of all ages. When you enter your children’s ages in your profile, we will pair you with nannies who are comfortable with those ages when booking a care. We encourage you to be as detailed as possible when filling out the Family Intake Form, the more we know, the better.

We ask that you do not endanger our nannies by booking someone when your child is sick. They cannot provide care for other families should they get sick and must follow the same guidelines listed below.

Sore Throat
Upset Stomach
Fever (over 100.0)
Diarrhea
Mouth Sores
Ringworm
Hand Foot and Mouth
Runny Nose with Discoloration
Cough and Congestions
Discharge from Eyes, Nose or Ears
Abnormal Breathing
Any Communicable Disease
Children must be free from fever, diarrhea and vomiting, without taking medicine for 24 hours prior to a sit.
Children with HFM must be fever free for 72 hours AND all blisters have scabs or are dry and inactive.

Yes! We ask that you leave detailed notes in your booking notes about where your child(ren) need to be picked up and dropped off at so the nanny you select can determine if they are able to provide this service.
Please remember that there is a flat rate fee for this service, mileage will need to be reimbursed and if your child(ren) requires car seats, those will need to be provided to the nanny as well.
-
Definitely! We highly encourage tipping your nanny. They are providing a service that is truly priceless! Tips are greatly appreciated and can be given in cash to the nanny at the end of care or can be added to your invoice by you and will go directly to your nanny.
-
Our nannies are only required to pay for gas to get to and from care that is booked within a 10 mi. radius. If your nanny has to drive more than 10 miles to get to their care location or pay to park in order to provide care for you, we will request a reimbursement that will be added to the invoice. If paid parking is required, feel free to pay for it in advance. Additional miles will be charged at .68/mile. (2024 US Mileage Rate)

If any issues arise in any form we ask that you directly contact Jarisha, immediately to discuss further. Even if you feel as though you can resolve it on your own, we’d like to encourage all of our families that you contact us so that we can be aware and address any issue.
